Don joined the Office of the General Counsel in June 1996. Don, a member of the Transactional Law Services Group, focuses on patent and technology transfer, intellectual property, and general business matters. He received his law degree cum laude from the University of Minnesota in 1980 after earning his baccalaureate degree summa cum laude from St. Olaf College, where he was also a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. Don’s prior legal experience includes private practice at Dorsey & Whitney as well as in-house work for several corporations. |
