Mark A. Bohnhorst - Associate General Counsel

Mark has served as Associate General Counsel since 1992. His practice previously focused on civil litigation, including health science and research matters. Since January 2001, Mark has been part of the Transactional Law Services Group and practices in the areas of research contracts and compliance. Prior to joining the Office of the General Counsel, Mark was the litigation coordinator for Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services. He is a graduate of the University of Chicago, received his law degree magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1975, and served as law clerk to U.S. District Judge Earl Larson.
