Gary joined OGC’s Transactional Law Services Group in December, 2006. His practice is focused primarily on general commercial matters, especially purchasing and external sales. Before joining the OGC, Gary was General Counsel of McQuay International and before that, Director of Legal Affairs, Strategic Development, and Community Relations at Cummins Power Generation. He received a B.S. with high honors from the University of Minnesota College of Education in 1971, and a J.D. cum laude from the University of Minnesota School of Law in 1979.
