Arnie H. Frishman - Associate General Counsel

Arnie joined OGC in 1998. He is a member of the Transactional Law Services Group whose primary areas of practice involve complex business transactions, sponsored research, external sales and technology transfer. Prior to coming to the OCG, he was a litigation associate with Dorsey & Whitney. He is a summa cum laude graduate of the University of the South at Sewanee, and received his law degree from the Columbia University School of Law in 1992, and Masters in Education from Harvard University in 1988. During his recent sabbatical in Israel, Arnie practiced with the law firm of Pearl, Cohen, Zedek, Latzer in the field of patent licensing and software development. He was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2007.
