Caroline Middleton - Associate General Counsel

Caroline joined the Office of the General Counsel in January 2007. She practices in the areas of construction, real estate and other commercial matters, particularly in regard to the football stadium project. Before joining the OGC, Caroline practiced law at Latham & Watkins in Washington, D.C. and Leonard, Street and Deinard in Minneapolis focusing her practice on construction and real estate law. Caroline received her J.D. with highest honors from George Washington University Law School in 2002. She received her B.A., summa cum laude, in 1998 from the University of Minnesota.
