If your name is not in the President's Delegations of Authority Library, you do not have authority to sign a particular type of contract or legal document. Even if your supervisor says you have authority, if you have not seen a printout from the President's Delegations of Authority Library that names you as authorized to sign, you do not have authority to sign it. Any papers you may have that appear to be delegations are invalid.
